Refund and Cancellation policy

Scheduling and remote access:

Once you sign up for training you will be contacted within 48 hours to schedule a session.

You may need to provide access to Quickbooks on line or be able to download remote software. You will receive further instructions.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All appointments are confirmed by email and must be pre-paid. All cancellations and reschedule requests must be confirmed by us via email.

Remote sessions are a minimum of 1/2 hour, if you do not use the entire 1/2 hour, no refunds are given. Cancellations & Rescheduling requests must be received 4 hours in advance otherwise a 1/2 hour charge applies.

Quickbooks consulting: Once the file is received for processing or we’ve come on site, client agrees to compensate us for all time spent on the client up until cancellation is confirmed.

On site sessions  Are subject to a 2 hour minimum charge plus travel if out of 20 mile range of our business address. Rescheduling and Cancellations: Requests to reschedule  or cancel must be confirmed received by email 24 hours in advance otherwise a 2 hour charge applies.

Live or web-based seminars/group training including the Quickbooks Bookkeeping Bootcamp: Cancellation deadline: cancellations must be received and confirmed via email 5 business days in advance of training  date for a refund less a $50 processing fee.  No refunds are given for no-shows or cancellations received after the deadline.

Refunds will not be made after training or service is provided, no exceptions. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to process. Partial refunds may be issued
